Cleveland, OH - May 2011 - Adalet stainless steel enclosures can now be ordered with stainless steel window kits which are ATEX / IECEx approved to the EN60079 standard. Undoubtedly the industry's most heavy-duty window kit, these rugged tempered plate glass window kits are available for use in Adalet Increased Safety Terminal Enclosures (protection type 'e') and General Purpose NEMA Type 4, 4X, 12 & 13 enclosures. The ruggedized glass window is unmatched in durability and impact resistance. Offered in 304 & 316L stainless steel, they are easily installed by making a cut-out in the enclosure and securing the window and frame in place. A silicone gasket provides protection against oil & water as well as providing a dust-tight seal around the perimeter of the window and frame. Window kits can be ordered as part of the enclosure or as stand alone units. Sizes range from 3"x3" viewing area to 24"x24".
